Respecting this sentiment, we wanted to preserve the façade and celebrate its legacy.”
The interior of the bistro has been crafted with intent and precision. The wine fermentation and tank room, visible through clear glass walls from the dining area, offers guests a peek into the winemaking process. This transparency provides not only an educational experience but also an appreciation for the craft that goes into every bottle. Furthermore, an expansive skylight showers the restaurant with natural light, complementing the ambiance and creating an enchanting atmosphere.
